
As Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. marks its 35th year, we find ourselves both humbled by how far we’ve come and energized by what lies ahead. What started as an intimate seminar company has grown into an ecosystem, one built on education, empowerment, and public service. Our mission has remained constant: to help people and organizations grow!
We’ve always believed that learning is not an end, but a means, a catalyst that propels people to soar. This insight, shared by our Mansmith CEO Chiqui Escareal-Go, became the foundation for many of the initiatives we have built over the years, including the Mansmith Young Market Masters Awards (YMMA), which just recognized its 20th annual batch of outstanding young marketers.
But as we reflected on the last 35 years, we asked ourselves: Who else needs to be recognized? Who are the role models worth spotlighting, not just for what they’ve built, but for who they’ve become in the process?
It is with that question in mind that we are proud to announce two new awards launching in January 2026:
- The Mansmith CEO Lifetime Achievement Awards
- The Mansmith Entrepreneurs Awards
These are not just additions to our existing lineup. These are answers to a need to acknowledge those who are shaping industries, creating jobs, inspiring people, and building legacies.
Recognizing CEOs Who Have Built Legacies
The Mansmith CEO Lifetime Achievement Awards honor distinguished leaders whose professional journeys are defined not merely by the positions they have held, but by the transformation they have led.
This award is conferred upon (active or retired) Chief Executive Officers, Managing Directors, or equivalent leaders in public service, including Department Secretaries, Mayors, and other senior executives, who have demonstrated exceptional vision, integrity, and impact throughout their careers.
Awardees exemplify strategic leadership that creates long-term value for organizations, industries, and society. Their decisions are guided by purpose and principle; their legacies marked by innovation, inclusion, and enduring contribution.
In recognizing these exemplary individuals, the Mansmith CEO Lifetime Achievement Awards pay tribute to leadership that stands the test of time, leadership that not only achieves success, but also inspires trust, uplifts communities, and shapes a better future for the next generation.
Honoring Entrepreneurs Who Lead with Purpose
At the same time, we are launching the Mansmith Entrepreneurs Awards, designed to celebrate business founders who have become recognized leaders in their field, not just for the growth of their companies, but for their contributions to society.
These are entrepreneurs who have faced uncertainty, disruption, and/or fierce competition, and responded with creativity, resilience, and grit. More importantly, they are those who have used their influence to support causes, improve lives, and uplift communities.
This award will honor those who demonstrate that entrepreneurship is not just about profit, it is about purpose, persistence, and people. We want to shine a light on founders who are creating long-term value, not only for their shareholders, but for the greater good.
Awards with a Difference: Public Service, Not Profit
In true Mansmith fashion, these new awards will carry the same principles that have made our past awards trusted and respected:
- No entry fees
- No awards night fees
- No guest fees
This is part of our public service and nation building expansion. One that is generously supported by corporate sponsors who believe in what we do, and more importantly, in what these awardees represent.

35 Years of Impact and Still Growing
When we launched YMMA in 2005, we had no idea it would evolve into a platform that would later inspire other award programs like the Mansmith Market Mentors Awards (which will now be held yearly starting 2026), the Mansmith Innovation Awards, and the MansmithSales Masters Awards.
And now, with the addition of the Mansmith Entrepreneurs Awards and the MansmithCEO Lifetime Achievement Awards, we are completing a broader vision, a recognition ecosystem that spans across age, function, and leadership level.
Together, these awards are not just ceremonies. They are signals, to the business community, to aspiring leaders, to students of strategy and innovation, that values-based success is not only possible, but necessary.
